In our intelliTicket® app, we use Twilio, a third-party service provider, to verify phone numbers and send SMS messages to our users for ride-related updates in our on-demand services. When you provide your phone number, Twilio processes this information to send verification codes and updates regarding your ride status, including confirmations, estimated arrival times, and other important notifications related to your on-demand ride. Twilio may collect and process your phone number and other information related to the SMS service (such as delivery status), as required to provide this service.
